If necessary, the granules can be easily replaced to always meet the hygiene standards of the catering industry. The corn granules to be used are also available from GGM Gastro.
Fast and efficient, the particularly uncomplicated operation of the polishing machines leads to excellent results. The cutlery is inserted into the top of the machine, where it is guided by the granules. Because the cutlery is constantly in motion, the small granules, for example, do not get stuck between the fork tines. A particularly strong UV-C lamp sterilizes the cutlery and the granules. After the process, the polished cutlery is discharged at the front of the machine.
