This commercial wall-mounted extraction canopy hood is constructed from durable AISI 201 chrome-nickel stainless steel, providing long-lasting performance and hygienic operation in demanding catering environments. Fitted with an integrated motor delivering an airflow rate of up to 3400 m³/h, it efficiently captures grease, smoke, and heat to maintain optimal air quality across cooking areas.

Operation is managed via a touch display featuring adjustable speed settings, complemented by integrated glare-free LED lighting for clear illumination of the cooking surface. Four stainless steel Type B baffle filters ensure thorough grease extraction, supported by a grease collection channel and integrated drain tap for straightforward maintenance.
