This office knife combines a 100mm blade crafted from premium X50CrMoV15 alloy steel with an elegantly shaped birch wood handle. The ergonomic design ensures a secure and comfortable grip, while the seamless connection between handle and blade guarantees absolute hygiene. Ideal for cutting small vegetables, peeling fruit, and creating decorative garnishes, the hand-sharpened and polished blade offers a hardness of 58° HRC for excellent edge retention and easy resharpening.

Made in Germany to strict hygiene and safety standards, this knife is perfectly balanced and tapers towards the tip for precise control. For lasting performance, hand wash with warm water and mild detergent after each use and dry immediately. The handle should be occasionally treated with food-safe oils to protect the wood.
