Shipping and Returns

We deliver to the European destinations available at checkout. Available services, shipping cost and estimated delivery timing depend on the products and destination and are shown before payment.

Risk passes according to applicable law. Please check the shipment on arrival and record visible transport damage with the carrier where possible.

If you purchase as an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw, unless a legal exception applies. After notification, return the goods within 14 days.

Goods should be returned complete and protected. You may be responsible for return costs and for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. The applicable return instructions are supplied through the contact details in your order confirmation.

Withdrawal may not apply to customised goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other statutory exceptions. Business orders do not automatically benefit from consumer withdrawal rights.

Eligible refunds are made using the original payment method within the statutory period; they may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is supplied.

Contact us promptly through the details in the order confirmation if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Your legal conformity rights remain unaffected.
