Terms and Conditions

These terms govern online purchases from Bmaxstore, Lda · NIPC/VAT PT516835599 · Portugal. They apply together with the product details, prices and conditions displayed before an order is placed.

Products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in EUR; applicable VAT, delivery costs and the final total are presented during checkout before payment.

An order becomes binding when it is accepted and confirmed. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock, refunding any amount already paid.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Checkout using the methods displayed there. Delivery options, cost and estimated timing are shown before the order is completed.

Inspect the goods upon delivery and report visible damage promptly through the contact details shown in your order confirmation.

Where the customer acts as an EU consumer, mandatory consumer law applies, including the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery unless a legal exception applies. Business purchases may be subject to different rules.

Goods benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in the destination country. Mandatory rights cannot be excluded by these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Portuguese law applies without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable law.
